The job of Event Staff was established for the purpose(s) of providing a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for the guests of the Red River Valley Fairgrounds; minimizing the frequency and/or severity of incidents; and communicating observations and/or incidents that have a potential impact on the general well-being of guests and Fair personnel. To accomplish these tasks, the Event Staff members work closely with the Operations Team, Cass County Sheriff’s Department and Fair personnel.

The job of Info Booth Attendant was established for the purpose(s) of providing friendly, accurate, and helpful information to guests of the Red River Valley Fairgrounds; supporting a smooth and enjoyable experience for attendees; and serving as a key communication point for both guests and Fair personnel. To accomplish these tasks, Info Booth Attendants work closely with the Event Staff Manager, Operations Team, and other Fair staff to ensure guests feel welcome, informed, and supported.
