Bartender

Ready to shake things up?
The Red River Valley Fair Association is seeking energetic, personable, and fast-paced Bartenders to serve drinks and great experiences during our seasonal lineup of events across the Fairgrounds and Speedway. From concerts and race nights to the annual Fair and other special events, bartenders are right in the center of the action, helping to create a fun, safe, and high-energy atmosphere for every guest. If you thrive in a busy environment and enjoy working with people, this is the perfect seasonal role for you.

Event Staff

The Red River Valley Fair Association is seeking dependable, professional, and customer focused Event Staff members to support the annual Fair and other events held throughout the year. Event Staff play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for guests, vendors, performers, and staff by assisting with gate operations, guest services, crowd management, and event safety. This position requires strong communication skills, situational awareness, and the ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments.

Stagehand

The Red River Valley Fair Association is seeking dependable, hardworking Stagehands to support live entertainment and event production during the annual Fair and other events throughout the year. Stagehands play a critical role in ensuring shows run safely, efficiently, and professionally by assisting with the setup, operation, and teardown of staging, lighting, audio, and other production elements.

Electrician

The Red River Valley Fair Association is seeking a skilled and dependable Licensed Master Electrician to oversee, maintain, and improve the electrical infrastructure across the Fairgrounds and approximately 25 buildings and barns. This position plays a critical role in ensuring safe, reliable electrical systems for year-round operations, events, concerts, livestock shows, and large public gatherings.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in identifying potential issues before they become problems. This role requires someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and operational reliability.
