At The Hop Concessions
Eatin' to the Oldies! Great food served
with a 50's flair! Burgers, Phillys,

Blue Loon Concessions
This 30 year restaurant business
based out of New Prague, MN is sure
to satisfy your hunger. Marc and his
crew hand-dip corn dogs; grill fresh
onions, green peppers, and sausages;
and hand-batter cheese curds fresh
from Ellsworth, WI. NEW this year are
homemade cream cheese wontons
in a variety of flavors
including
cinnamon and sugar, jalapeno, and
strawberry.

Bronson's Hot Dogs
A locally owned and operated stand
specializing in delicious pure beef
foot long hot dogs, corn dogs, and
real white cheddar cheese curds
bough fresh from Ellsworth, WI.
You can find Bronson operating his
hot dog carts at numerous locations
in Fargo, including the Windbreak
bar on weekends. |
Chaser's Grill & Chill
We sell hand-battered fried cheese
curds, ice cream smoothies, iced
coffee,
boneless wings (hot, mild,
honey BBQ, parmesan cheese),
burgers, and fries. We pride
ourselves in having very good
and tasteful food with good prices. |
Cherry Berry
Cherry Berry on Wheels is a one of a
kind, self-serve frozen yogurt mobile
unit. With 12 different flavors of frozen
yogurt and over 13 different toppings,
we have something for everyone! Our
yogurt is NOT made from a powder, we
ARE gluten free, and even OU Kosher
Certified! Even at the Fair, you choose
your flavors and toppings, but no scales
to be found...you simply purchase your
cup and fill it up! We can't wait to see
