Contracts
Every individual or
company doing business on the Fairgrounds must have a signed
contract. Concessionaires or vendors are prohibited from
assigning, subletting or transferring a space that has been allotted
to them, nor shall they sell any product that has not been listed on
the contract or approved by the Fair management.

|
Insurance
Each concessionaire or
vendor is required to provide a certificate of liability insurance
for $1,000,000 per occurrence. The Red River Valley Fair
Association must be named additional insured. Insurance is
also available through an agent working with the Red River Valley
Fair for a nominal fee.

Suppliers
Please plan accordingly
with your suppliers. All vehicles must be off the grounds by
9:30 a.m.

Vendor Parking/Camping
Vendor camping is
located directly West of the Hartl Ag Building. This is an
excellent gravel lot with 20 and 30 amp service available. The
charge for the 6 days will be $65.00. ($20 nightly) A picnic table
and trash can will be provided at each lot if requested. Water
and waste pumping truck will service the campground daily for a
small fee. If you prefer a full service campground, the Red
River Valley Fair Campgrounds is located East of the grounds across
from the Main Gate. Rates are $120.00 in the campground with
full hookup for the duration of the fair. You cannot reserve
camping in the East Campground. That campground is a first
come, first served basis.

spaces.

No refunds on space(s)
deposits will be made. Fifty percent (50%) of space cost is
required when the contract is issued. Additional gate admission is
$7.00 per day.
Normally there are more
applications for space than space available. Applications will be
reviewed upon first come first served basis. The exhibits space
department, in its review of these applications, shall exercise its best
judgment in determining what is in the best interest of the Red River
Valley Fair and its patrons.
